Jersey-Q owners and operators, Dan and Ed have over 30 years experience making the best award-winning barbecue available in New Jersey. They started selling their barbecue at a small roadside stand and remained there for 7 years. Sure enough in the warm months of Spring & Summer there would be a never-ending line of customers waiting to get their hands on Dan & Ed’s famous lip-smacking ribs, pulled pork, chicken and more. All of their meat is SLOW-COOKED with Hickory Wood. The smoke gives Jersey-Q Bar-B-Que the best flavor around. What’s their other secret? Their homemade barbecue sauce, a secret family recipe passed down from Dan’s mother, Miss Cora. Their sauce is so popular that it will soon be bottled and available for sale. Need a description of Miss Cora’s sauce?? “Wow.”

Due to popular demand and tremendous success, Jersey-Q Bar-B-Que opened up a beautiful restaurant to accommodate their large crowds of barbecue fans. They are located on Rt. 322 in Logan Township. This restaurant allows you to eat in and watch the game on their flat-screen plasma TV, or place your order to go! They can now offer award-winning barbecue even in the dead of winter!

Jersey-Q now has over 8 high-performance grills to keep their barbecue lovers happy! Look for the headers on our grills! That's the famous Jersey-Q trademark!

Jersey-Q started competing just last year in 2008 and won 8 awards! If there is a barbecue competition, Jersey-Q will be there, adding to their trophy collection.
